3. User Rights and Responsibilities
a. Your Rights: You have the right to:

b. Your Responsibilities: You agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and all interactions on the platform.
- Comply with Haptle’s policies and all applicable laws.
- Use the platform solely to connect with vendors and plan events in accordance with platform guidelines.
- Avoid abusive language, fraudulent actions, or uploading false reviews.
- Abstain from any activity Haptle determines detrimental to the platform’s use and enjoyment by others.
4. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Submit false or misleading information or reviews.
- Harass, abuse, or engage in inappropriate behaviour towards vendors or other users.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or extract data from the platform without prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
a. Platform Content: Haptle retains ownership of all intellectual property associated with the platform, including software, logos, designs, and content created by Haptle. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission from Haptle.
b. User Content: By uploading or posting content (e.g., reviews, feedback) to the platform, you grant Haptle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display this content for purposes such as platform improvement or marketing.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling must be handled according to vendor agreements or specific transaction terms.
7. Reviews and Testimonials
You agree to provide honest and constructive reviews. Haptle reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate
8. Service Availability and Modifications
Haptle reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, there may be instances where services are unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Termination of Account or Services

b. Platform-Initiated Termination: Haptle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activities, or act in a manner harmful to the platform or its users.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and products offered on Haptle’s platform are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Haptle disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Haptle does not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors or interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
a. Third-Party Services: Haptle is not liable for issues arising from interactions or services provided by vendors. Vendors operate independently, and Haptle acts solely as a connection point between users and vendors.
b. Platform Issues: Haptle is not responsible for data loss, service disruptions, or technical issues that may impact your experience on the platform.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Haptle, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or any violation of these Terms of Use.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. The invalid provision will be replaced with a term that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
14. Force Majeure
Haptle is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or technical failures.
